College Donations

So, there was an interesting article back then about how it was showing up that someone/somethings were giving large amounts of money to Colleges. Like 3 million or so. & I'm like who can do that, it's a lot over those colleges, maybe 10 @ 3 mill, and you get 30 million going poof. That's a lot of money in my mind. It had two stipulations (damn i hate that concept-different story). First: (which is a smart one) don't look for me. I might be like that. If i could do that, I'd seriously would do things behind smoke and glass. Second: use it for scholarships. So, it got me assume, and i would like to spread the rumor it was Pres. Obama who did this. Do you remember how much sh*t he got for giving to the Banks and the Car companies. Would it be the same if he gave to colleges. I understand the concept, why it's why I'm assuming it's him, so I'll tell you. If less kids go to college, more join the work force, at a lower knowledge level. They have the option of increasing the work force knowledge of it's next stage. We out in the work force are stunted in some our growth. The biggest movement forward is more education. If the younger force does not grow, as most are intented, then the force as a whole will stunt or move backwards. Also, if they enter early, it leaves less jobs open for those of us who are in the work force. So, a smart move.
Another idea is that it was a Billionaire who did this. I am learning, they have money. See, Bill Gates could have done this, without even blinking. And I'm like, well how does he have that much money. If i work and earned my whole life, maybe at 50 (or higher), I might hit the million made mark. So, why is he different. Then the idea: I make money, billionaires create money. Hmmm....what a rich idea:).
So, who do you think it was, and what are you ideas of becoming rich?
